At Aydins Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and pristine jewelry pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Place the item in its original Aydins Jewelry presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with the original invoice.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
